NK-Bot: Offline AI for North Korea

NK-Bot is an advanced offline AI system specifically designed to deliver unbiased information to North Korean citizens. Built on cutting-edge AI technology and trained on thousands of Korean news articles, it provides intelligent, contextual responses without requiring internet access. Crucially, the model is fine-tuned to understand and generate text in the North Korean dialect, ensuring natural and effective communication with the target audience.

The interface is designed to be friendly and approachable, using a persona named "Bokseul-i" (Fluffy) to build trust and engagement with users who may be interacting with AI for the first time.
